Cozee Care operates as a registered NDIS provider in Victoria, delivering tailored disability support services, including but not limited to household tasks, shared living arrangements, community participation, and travel/transport assistance.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This forms a legally binding agreement between you and Cozee Care.

3. User Responsibilities

As a client or user of our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary for the delivery of support services.
• Communicate any changes in your NDIS plan, support requirements, or contact information promptly.
• Treat our staff and other clients with respect and dignity.
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided by you will be managed according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Australian privacy laws.

5. Payment and NDIS Funding

Payment for services rendered will be processed in accordance with the pricing guidelines set out by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). It is the responsibility of the participant or their plan manager to ensure sufficient funding is available.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

We request that any cancellations or changes to scheduled services be communicated as early as possible. Late cancellations may incur fees as specified in your individual Service Agreement and in line with NDIS guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cozee Care and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services or website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will indicate any updates by changing the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
